General Guidelines for Abstract Submission
Submission Process
  • Abstracts may be submitted for Award Paper, E-Poster, or Free Paper Presentation.
  • All submissions must be made through the official conference website. The submission tab will include an option to upload your abstract document and specify your preferred presentation type (E-Poster / Free Paper / Award Paper).
  • Submissions through email, post, or fax will not be accepted.
  • Please submit only one version of each abstract. Duplicate submissions will be rejected.
  • Abstracts previously presented at other national or international meetings will not be considered.

Key Dates

Submission Deadline:
Sunday, 1st October 2026  |  05:00 PM
Late submissions will not be reviewed.


Presentation at the Conference
  • Detailed instructions for preparing either the free paper or poster will be shared along with the acceptance letter.
  • The Scientific Committee will consider your preferred format but reserves the right to assign the final presentation type.
  • The presenting author must be a registered delegate and must complete payment by the registration deadline to be included in the scientific program.

By Submitting Your Abstract, You Confirm the Following:
  • The abstract cannot be modified or withdrawn after the submission deadline.
  • All listed authors have agreed to the submission and consent to publication of the abstract in the abstract book and conference materials (program book, website, etc.).
  • The content is original and does not infringe on third-party rights, including copyrights or intellectual property.
  • The corresponding author is responsible for keeping all co-authors informed of submission updates.
  • Non-compliance with the above guidelines may lead to removal from the scientific program.
